Order Cancellation Policy
Thanks for shopping at Prithas. To cancel an order you have placed with Prithas, you must contact us by phone (+91 8305387815) or WhatsApp (+91 8305387815). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number (or the SKU of the Saree), and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We arrange return-pickup. So, enjoy worry-free shopping with our hassle-free return policy. However, you MUST inform us about your intention to return the item within 2 days of receiving it. You can contact us by phone (+91 8305387815) or by WhatsApp (+91 8305387815) to request for return. We will arrange for return pick-up with our courier partner with 3 days of receiving your return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the original product tag attached to it.
Please note that there will be no return and refund on “SALE” items.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card/bank account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s/bank’s policies.
Return Shipping
We will arrange return shipment with our courier partner. Please be available to hand over the products to the courier person when they arrive at your address. Please ensure that the courier person seals the products in front of you.
