Order Cancellation Policy
Thanks for shopping at Prithas. To cancel an order you have placed with Prithas, you must contact customer support by email ([email protected]) or by phone (+91 8305387815) or WhatsApp (+91 8305387815). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number (or the code of the Saree), and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus onward and return (if applicable) shipping costs).
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 2 calendar days (excluding Sunday and other public Holidays) to return (i.e. ship for returning) an item from the date you received it. However, you must inform us about your intention to return the item within 24 hours of receiving it. You must contact customer support by email ([email protected]) or by phone (+91 8305387815) or by WhatsApp (+91 8305387815) to request for return. We will provide you the return shipping address by email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the original product tag attached to it.
Please note that there will be no return and refund on “SALE” items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card/bank account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s/bank’s policies. Please note that original (onward) shipping charges are nonrefundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in case we have paid for the return shipping. As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, sending back the item safely to us is your responsibility. If the item doesn’t get delivered to us in original condition, refunds will not be processed. So make sure to send the item through reputed courier/ postal service only and forward the shipping details to us. Please do not forget to keep the airway bill or postal receipt in your custody till the item gets delivered to us.
